Chronic post-vascular disorder headache

Diagnostic criteria:

Headache, no typical characteristics known, fulfilling criteria C and D
A vascular disorder has been present but has been effectively treated or has remitted spontaneously
Headache has been attributed to the vascular disorder
Headache persists for >3 months after effective treatment or spontaneous remission of the vascular disorder
